These terms govern your use of QRCodeFlow, a platform for creating QR codes, publishing mobile pages and viewing scan analytics. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account. You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not use QRCodeFlow for fraud, impersonation, malware, phishing, unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement or activity that harms users, networks or the service. We may suspend content or accounts that create security, legal or operational risk.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish. You grant QRCodeFlow a limited permission to host, process and display that content only as required to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Paystack at the price and billing period shown before purchase. Features and usage limits depend on your selected plan. Renewal, cancellation and refund information will be displayed during checkout and in your billing settings.

Service availability

We work to keep QRCodeFlow reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Static QR codes continue to encode their original content, while dynamic redirects and hosted pages depend on service availability and an active compliant account.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, QRCodeFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will post the current version on this page.
