QRCodeFlow is a QR-code creation and mobile-page platform. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, account identifier and any profile information you choose to provide. We also store the QR codes, hosted pages, uploaded files and account settings you create. For dynamic QR codes and hosted pages, we may record scan or visit information such as time, approximate country, device category and referring page.

Google sign-in data

If you choose “Continue with Google,” QRCodeFlow receives only the basic account information required to authenticate you, such as your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile image when available. We use this information only to create and secure your QRCodeFlow account. QRCodeFlow does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars or other Google product content.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate the QR-code and page-building services, provide analytics, process payments and paid-plan access, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

Service providers

QRCodeFlow uses service providers including Supabase for authentication, database and file storage; Vercel for application hosting; Google for optional sign-in; and Paystack for payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal and operational requirements. You can permanently delete your account directly from account settings after a recent sign-in. Uploaded files and associated customer content are removed automatically, subject to legally required retention.

Security and your choices

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information. You may export your account data, update profile information, change your password, manage device sessions, connect or disconnect Google sign-in, and delete your account. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
